Yes, the level of communication has been absolutely stellar. We’ve been making adjustments to the order, I’ve been asking a lot of questions, and they have been so patient, and so communicative with literal daily responses. Seeing as how this is my first purchase of this nature, the comfort it provides really means a lot to me, and speaks volumes about their customer support team. 5 stars! Will order a 2nd doll from this company in the future.
